EAST ELEVATION MY BUILDING HEIGHT IS SIMILAR WITH THE SURROUNDING BUILDINGS. THE SITE IS LIFT UP FROM THE WEST TO EAST. THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IS RAISE 12' FROM THE FLOOR BECAUSE OF THE FLOODING ZONE. THE HIERARCHY OF THE SITE IS THE TALL RESIDENTIAL BUILDING. EAST ELEVATION WITHOUT SKY SOUTH ELEVATION FROM THE SOUTH ELEVATION, IT SHOWS THE FAN SHAPE, WHICH WILL COLLECTING RAIN WATER INTO THE MIDDLE, WHERE I BRING THE RIVER INTO THE SITE.   WEST ELEVATION

BUILDING USES CURTAIN WALL, SO RESIDENTS IN THE NORTH SIDE CAN HAVE A WIDE VIEW TO MANHATTAN, AND GET MORE INDIRECT SUN LIGHT. THE SOUTH SIDE CAN GET MORE DIRECT LIGHT.
